We know the importance of a good start to the day which is why we boast of excellent breakfasts. Everyday, we prepare several types of hot dishes, cold snacks, cocktails and freshly squeezed juices - so that you can choose what you like best.
We make sure our breakfasts are varied and the products we use are of the highest quality. Our kitchen has plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit, cold meats, a wide range of cheeses and good breads. The delicious food is complemented by delicious coffee from the coffee maker, whose aroma fills the restaurant.
At our hotel restaurant, breakfast is served in line with sustainable development principles. We ensure that a significant portion of our ingredients – including fruits, vegetables, bread, eggs, and cold cuts – come from local suppliers.
We regularly monitor our supply chains based on HACCP procedures, and our major suppliers have been actively involved in ESG initiatives and environmental care for many years. This allows us to offer our guests not only delicious but also responsibly sourced products.
