Parking: We offer a dedicated parking space for guests with special needs, located right next to the hotel entrance.
Entrance: While the main entrance retains its historic charm, our rear entrance is equipped with a convenient ramp, ensuring direct, threshold-free access.
Getting Around: Wide corridors, threshold-free pathways, and elevators with buttons at an appropriate height (featuring Braille markings) guarantee freedom of movement throughout the facility.

Your Space for Relaxation

Rooms for guests with mobility difficulties are located on the first floor to ensure easy access. These spacious interiors are designed for wheelchair maneuverability, with wardrobes and switches placed within easy reach.

Bathrooms: A zone of complete safety. You will find barrier-free roll-in showers, folding seats, non-slip mats, and a system of grab bars by the toilet and sink. Sinks have been lowered to provide ample space underneath.

Caring for Senses and Safety

We look after the comfort of our visually and hearing-impaired guests.

Visual: We use high-contrast signage and clear pictograms to facilitate orientation. The lighting is designed to be bright and safe without causing glare.
Hearing & Safety: Our alarm system includes visual light signals, crucial for deaf guests. Evacuation procedures specifically account for the needs of persons with disabilities.
Assistance Dogs: Assistance dogs are always welcome at our hotel.
