Capacity depends on the table layout. For groups of more than approx. 20–30 guests the room is exclusively yours; for smaller groups we set aside a more intimate area of the restaurant.

How much does a company event at the MidTown Restaurant cost?
The served four-course menu with unlimited coffee, tea, water and juices costs PLN 170 gross per person, for groups of 15 or more. Cold appetisers (from PLN 65), hot appetisers (PLN 40) and a fruit and dessert buffet (PLN 55) per person can be added. Room hire is free of charge, and alcohol is priced according to the drinks list.
How many guests can a company event have?
The banquet room holds up to 100 guests, depending on the table layout. Groups of approx. 20–30 guests or more have it exclusively; smaller groups get a separate part of the restaurant.
Can we combine a training session with a company dinner?
Yes. You hold the business part in the Parkowa conference room on the hotel's ground floor (59 m², up to 60 people) and move on to dinner at the MidTown Restaurant in the evening.
Do you cater for special diets and allergies?
Yes. The vegetarian menu is a separate card, and other diets and allergies are agreed with our Head Chef when you book. Simply describe them in your enquiry.
Can guests come by car?
Yes, the hotel has its own car park with 20 spaces (PLN 65 per day). Spaces are limited, so please tell us the number of cars before the event. The hotel lies within Kraków's Clean Transport Zone: petrol cars from Euro 4 (2005) and diesels from Euro 6 (2014) enter free of charge, and vehicles with foreign number plates must be registered at sct.zdmk.krakow.pl.
How do I book a date for a company event?
Send an enquiry with the date and number of guests, or call the Restaurant Manager. We reply within 24 hours, and the date is confirmed by a PLN 500 deposit, which is later deducted from the bill.
