New Year's Eve menu 2026/27
An aperitif to welcome you, followed by four courses served at the table. Coffee, tea and mineral water are included, and at midnight we toast with a glass of fine Italian Prosecco. A vegetarian menu is available on request.
- Starter: mille-feuille with artichoke mousse, bacon powder, provolone crisp and lemon-yuzu gel
- Soup: oriental broth with roasted salmon, Asian noodles, baby pak choi and sesame
- Main course: sous-vide chicken supreme, potato fondant, pea and mint purée, baby leek, orange demi-glace
- Dessert: Pavlova meringue with mascarpone cream and caramelised figs
